Kes 20th-27th October 2007 Barry Hines's book Kestrel for a Knave is a wonderfully evocative portrait of working-class life in a Yorkshire mining town in the early 1970s. Ken Loach immortalised the book in his superb film Kes. Now we are proud to present Lawrence Till's tight adaptation for the stage Directed by Malcolm Ball
